This model utilizes the development services at the client location. The correct resource with necessary skills is identified and reviewed by the client, once identified and short listed the resource is deployed at the client location for development / testing assignments. This model is more suited where in remote development and testing is not a practical solution due to either the time constraints or other project specific requirements.

The tenure of the assignment could either be a long term or a short term based on the need for additional resource to the client development and testing team.
